Body Springs Studio offers a variety of Pilates classes from private sessions to group classes.

Military Discount We now offer a 15% discount on private sessions and group classes for all military personnel active military, Reserves, National Guard, and Veterans. You need to present your military ID for the discount. Call the studio at 512-452-0115 to get started!

- Group tower/mat -- Group Tower/mat classes are not recommended for individuals with serious injuries since the class pace is conducted as a group. Those individuals with limitations should sign up for private sessions only.

For your convenience, Body Springs has dressing room and shower facilities available.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for private and duet sessions must be made a full 24-hours before the scheduled session to avoid being charged. Late arrivals will only receive the remaining time left of their scheduled appointment while being charged for an entire session. Sorry, no exceptions.
